Epoxy Flooring.
Our Epoxy/Polyurethane Garage Floor Coatings will beautify that ugly dusty concrete floor in your garage! Ultimate Garage Works offers two flooring systems. Our most popular floor, the "Simulated Granite Epoxy Flooring System", consists of 100% broadcast polyvinyl chips to give your garage floor that beautiful, rich, seamless "granite-look", or our "Simulated Quartz Epoxy Flooring System", which combines colored quartz aggregate and epoxy to give you a garage floor with the ultimate in performance, longevity, and appearance. Both of these floors are low maintenance and easy to clean.
About Our Simulated Granite Epoxy Flooring
This floor system is by far our most popular floor. It starts out with a 100% solids epoxy primer coat, followed by a clear coating in which we broadcast 100% coverage of decorative polyvinyl color chips. Topped off with a protective clear finish of epoxy and a final urethane topcoat. Because of it's urethane protectant topcoat, this flooring system is resistant to chemicals, abrasion, and UV rays. This flooring system takes approximately 4 days to install. Click

About Our Simulated Quartz Epoxy Flooring
A clear epoxy and quartz aggregate are combined to create a flooring surface that is as decorative as it is durable. Non-skid surface intended for heavy floor traffic areas. This floor is easy to clean, and because of it's urethane protectant topcoat, is also resistant to abrasion, oil, gasoline, acids, and solvents. This flooring system has two more layers of epoxy than the Simulated Granite Epoxy floor and takes approximately 5 days to install. Click

At Ultimate Garage Works, quality does make a difference!
Our floors are not the cheapest you can find. Why? Because at Ultimate Garage Works, we use top quality industrial products. We could use cheaper products or water based products, but we do not feel that would be giving our clients a good value for their dollar. It's important for us to provide our customers with the best possible product. We feel that "Quality Preparation, Products, and People Make the Difference!"
